Jared is a Broker Associate with Compass specializing in Aledo, Fort Worth, and surrounding areas. Even though he found great success as an independent real estate broker, he realized he could provide the highest level of service by partnering with Compass. While Compass is widely known as a luxury brand, Jared brings the luxury experience to every transaction, at any price point. He possesses over 7 years of experience in real estate, and 5 years of foundation repair experience prior to that. With over $100M in sales volume, Jared is both broadly knowledgeable in the field and deeply committed to helping you achieve your real estate goals.

Jared lives in Aledo, Texas and enjoys helping his clients find their dream home amongst the excellent schools, gorgeous planned communities, and older, more spacious properties. Additionally, he grew up all over Tarrant county and is comfortable helping clients in all of Tarrant or Parker counties. Beyond just his vocational interest, Jared has a personal love for real estate and actively invests in various avenues, including flipping, renting, owner financing, and even venturing into apartment complexes. With his diverse personal portfolio, he is able to offer valuable insights into real estate investment.

He is also a member of an alternative investment fund that provides passive investment opportunities for accredited investors. He genuinely enjoys sitting down and discussing investment opportunities with interested clients.

Above all of that, he cherishes time with his wife, Kelsey, and their three young boys, aged 6, 3.5, and 2. With his extensive knowledge, friendly outlook, and commitment to excellence, Jared is dedicated to making your real estate transactions as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Top school district. Close to all the amenities we need. After researching several realtors we kept coming back to Jared Benson. He lives in Aledo and knows the area. We ended up with several key pieces of information that helped our decision. Most of all Jared worked tirelessly to find the right home. We were quite picky in our search.
